Enjoy the highest-quality drinking water throughout your vehicle, anytime and anywhere – completely without chemicals. Thanks to the particularly long-lasting filters, the cartridges only need to be replaced every 5,000 litres or every 6 months. The cartridges are also designed for tool-free replacement – for maximum self-sufficiency. Furthermore, the cartridge can be changed even when the water system is full – regardless of the fill level of the water tank – with no need to depressurise the pipes.
Thanks to the combination of different filter types, excellent filtration results are achieved without causing a significant pressure loss within the system – which is often the case with other filters. First, the activated carbon filter cleans the water to remove clouding, suspended matter and odours, while the specially developed hygiene element then binds the bacteria. To achieve this, the designers have cleverly exploited the fundamental physical properties of bacteria, which are negatively charged and therefore bond with the hygienic element due to its positive basic charge. In this way, clearliQ travel continues to filter dangerous bacteria out of your water even if the 5,000-litre cartridge change is actually overdue.
On average, adults need up to 2.5 litres of drinking water per day. For a family of four on a two-week holiday, this quickly adds up to over 140 litres or 140 x 1-litre plastic bottles. In addition, drinking water is required for personal hygiene, brushing teeth and cooking. With the HYMER clearliQ travel water filter, you can avoid this plastic waste as well as constant trips to the nearest water source – saving you both time and money.
From the end of 2021, the HYMER clearliQ travel water filter will be available on request in the following models HYMER B-Class ModernComfort I and HYMER B-Class ModernComfort T as well as HYMER B-Class MasterLine I and HYMER B-Class MasterLine T. The water filter can be easily retrofitted in all other models – motorhomes, camper vans and caravans.
