A classic in a new guise: the ERIBA Touring Troll to get another layout

The ERIBA Touring Troll, the cult caravan of the ERIBA brand, has been out and about on Europe’s roads since the end of the 1950s. In the company’s 60th anniversary year, the premium manufacturer from Bad Waldsee is devoting a great deal of attention to its classic caravans, because the fascination with the “Troll” hasn’t diminished at all. Quite the opposite: the ERIBA Touring model range is now in high demand and is also the only Hymer GmbH & Co. KG model that has been in continuous production since the original “Troll” back in 1957.

The ERIBA Touring Troll 535: a miracle of compact design

ERIBA attached great importance to having open spaces and plenty of storage space when designing the new Troll, which is based on the 530 layout. For the first time, the new ERIBA Touring Troll will therefore be fitted with a compressor refrigerator including a freezer compartment, with a capacity of 90 litres. This is positioned opposite the kitchen counter, which consequently has even more storage space in the form of spacious drawers. The new refrigerator itself has more space and keeps food consistently cool, even when the outdoor temperature is higher. “With the new layout, we want to ensure even greater comfort in every respect. What makes the new Troll 535 special is its exclusive equipment featuring an autonomy package and a 30-litre fresh water tank, which offers typical Touring customers even more independence on their travels,” explains Rudi Fimpel, ERIBA Caravans Divisional Manager.

The ERIBA Touring Troll 535 will be available from dealers from September 2017.
